FlyingHello Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By installing or using FlyingHello ("the Service"), provided by KorraNet Creative Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FlyingHello was previously known as KorraMind. The name changed on September 21, 2026. Your account, your data and your subscription are unaffected.

2. What the Service does
FlyingHello generates marketing content for e-commerce stores. It syncs your Shopify product catalogue, generates images, video and captions from your product photos, and publishes approved content to the social accounts you connect.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will tell you before we do it.

3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us at service@flyinghello.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscription, trial and billing
Price. US$69 per month.
Free trial. 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API, on your normal Shopify billing cycle. We do not process or store your payment card details.
Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin by uninstalling the app or cancelling the charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If something went wrong on our side, email service@flyinghello.com and we will make it right.

Price changes. We may change the price. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you.

5. Your content and your rights
You own your inputs. Your product data, your photos, your brand and your store remain yours. Nothing here transfers ownership.

You own your outputs. To the extent we can grant it, you own the images, video and captions FlyingHello generates for you, and you may use them commercially.

The licence you give us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you: generating content, publishing to the accounts you connect, and providing support. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We do not use your content to train models for other customers.

6. AI-generated content: what you are responsible for
This section matters. Read it.

AI output is probabilistic. It can be wrong, odd, or accidentally similar to something that already exists.
You are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before you publish it. That includes checking that it accurately represents your product, that it complies with advertising law in your market, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

We do not warrant that generated content is original, accurate, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. You, not us, are responsible for what you publish.
We may refuse to generate content that violates section 7.

7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit

• Generate content depicting real people without their consent

• Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights

• Misrepresent a product, or generate deceptive or misleading advertising

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or infrastructure

• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

• Circumvent usage limits, or use the Service in a way that degrades it for others

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

8. Third-party platforms
FlyingHello connects to Shopify, Instagram and Facebook. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.

Those platforms change their APIs, policies and access rules on their own schedule. If one of them changes something that breaks a FlyingHello feature, suspends your account, or causes you to lose data, we are not responsible for that and it is not a breach of these Terms. We will tell you what we know and fix what we can.

9. Our intellectual property
We own the FlyingHello platform, software, interface, prompts, workflows and brand, including the name FlyingHello and our logo. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to them beyond using the Service as intended.

10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will give notice for planned downtime where we can.

11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost goodwill

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose
   

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits. Where that is the case, the limits apply to the maximum extent the law allows.

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, including reasonable legal fees.

14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is used unlawfully, or if we stop offering the Service. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid unused period.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last Updated" date, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Manitoba have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

17. General
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor.
