FlyingHello Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 5 October 2026
FlyingHello is operated by KorraNet Creative Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Manitoba, Canada. FlyingHello was previously known as KorraMind. The name changed on 21 September 2026. The company, the service and this policy's commitments are unchanged.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the FlyingHello website, the FlyingHello Shopify app, and the FlyingHello web application.

Store and product data
Product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and catalogue structure synced from your Shopify store. We sync this only for stores you have explicitly connected. We do not keep a copy of your product catalogue after you disconnect.
When you generate from one of your Shopify product photos, we copy that photo into our own storage, so that everything after that point works on a copy we hold rather than on a file hosted by Shopify. That copy is deleted with everything else when you delete your data.
Content you create
The prompts you write, the photos and video you upload, and the images, video and captions FlyingHello generates for you.
Social account data
When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, we receive the access tokens and identifiers we need to act on your behalf. Through them FlyingHello accesses:
Your own posts and media, so it can learn the way your store sounds and show you your own content.
How your own account and posts are performing, meaning follower counts, reach, likes, comments and shares. This is what the Analytics screen shows you.
Your product catalogue on Instagram and Facebook, so a post can carry a product tag and a shopper can go from the post to your product page.
Publishing, to post the content you approve and confirm that it published.
Some of the permissions Instagram and Facebook grant a connected app are broader than what FlyingHello uses. They can make visible the names of people who follow your Page, and comments or ratings other people have left on it. We do not use that material to build profiles of anyone, we do not keep it beyond what showing you your own results requires, and we never share or sell it.
Billing information. Subscriptions are billed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API. We never see or store your payment card details. We receive only your subscription status and billing dates from Shopify.
Your brand voice analysis. From your own recent posts and your Shopify catalogue, FlyingHello derives a short profile of how your store sounds: its direction, what it sells, who it speaks to, its values, and its tone. We store that profile and show it to you in the app. It is derived from your own content and from nothing else.
Usage records. Your credit balance and a history of which credits were spent, on what, and when.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and usage patterns, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information
To operate and maintain the FlyingHello platform
To generate images, video and captions from your product data, from the files you upload, and from content you generated earlier
To analyse your own recent posts and catalogue so that captions can match the way your store sounds
To show you how your own posts and account are performing
To publish approved content to the social accounts you have connected
To manage your subscription, trial and billing status
To respond to your support requests
To send service notices, such as changes to the app, security notices and billing reminders
To detect, investigate and prevent abuse or fraud
To improve the product, using aggregated and de-identified usage data
We do not use your store data or your generated content to train AI models for anyone other than you.
We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.
4. AI processing
FlyingHello generates content using third-party AI services. Two separate paths are involved, and they receive different things.
The image and video path. We send the model a copy of the image you started from, reduced to 1600 pixels on its longest side, together with the prompt. Your full-resolution original never leaves our own storage. The finished file is returned to us and saved to our own storage, and every link the product shows you points there.
The text path. Captions and the brand voice analysis run on a separate text service that never receives an image. It is sent words only: your product description, the tone, and your own past captions.
We use third-party AI model providers for image, video and text generation. A current list is available on request at service@flyinghello.com
These providers process your inputs to produce your outputs. They do not receive your customer data, your order data, or your payment information.
5. Sharing your information
We share data only where it is necessary to run the service:
-
Google Cloud Platform, including Firebase. Hosting, database, authentication and file storage.
-
Our media hosting provider. Storing and delivering the images and video FlyingHello generates for you.
-
AI model providers. Generating images and video from a reduced copy of the image you started from and your prompt, and generating captions and the brand voice analysis from text alone.
-
Shopify. Catalogue sync, app authentication and subscription billing.
-
Meta, meaning Instagram and Facebook. Publishing the content you approve, reading your own posts and results, and carrying the product tags you choose.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or the rights and safety of others.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
A current list of the sub-processors we use is available on request at service@flyinghello.com
6. Where your data is stored
Your account data, your store and product data, your prompts and your usage records are stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the United States.
The images and video FlyingHello generates for you are stored with our media hosting provider, which is a separate service from Google Cloud. Its infrastructure is also located in the United States.
If you are located outside the United States, including in Canada, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data will be transferred to and processed there. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and our providers' data-protection commitments for these transfers.
7. How long we keep your data
While your account is active
For as long as you use FlyingHello.
When you uninstall
We lose access to your Shopify store immediately and stop syncing. Shopify then sends us an erase request, usually within about two days. At that point we remove your store’s connection keys and the brand analysis we built from your product descriptions, so we can no longer reach your store or read your products, and we drop the stored copy of your Shopify plan status, which is the last answer Shopify gave us about whether your store had an active plan. Your Instagram and Facebook connections are separate and this does not remove them, so any posts you have already scheduled still go out.
What stays after an uninstall
Your FlyingHello account, the content we generated for you, your Instagram and Facebook connections, the brand voice built from your posts there, and your store’s credit balance and credit history stay with us, so that everything is still there if you come back. A generation record carries the account it belongs to. Delete your account and those records are deleted with it. Remove the app from your store and they remain, but they are no longer linked to you. We do not use them for anything other than running your account. If you want them removed, ask us.
Your generated content
The images, video and captions we made for you are kept for as long as your account exists, together with the copies held by our media hosting provider. We remove them when you ask us to, or when you ask us to delete your account.
Deleting everything
Email service@flyinghello.com, or use the Delete my data page inside the app, and we will delete your FlyingHello account and your login, your generated content and the media held by our media hosting provider, your store record and its connection keys, your Instagram and Facebook connections, your brand analyses, any scheduled posts we are holding, and your credit balance and credit history. Everything listed above is deleted from the live service straight away. Posts you scheduled to a Facebook Page are the one exception: Facebook holds those rather than us, so deleting your data does not cancel them, and you need to delete them in Facebook yourself. The only copies that remain are in our database backups, which expire on their own within 28 days, as described under Backups below. We do not send a confirmation email, because your email address is deleted along with everything else and there is nothing left on our side to write to. The page you see when you confirm the deletion is your confirmation. Billing and tax records are the one exception, below.
Deleting your data does not stop your subscription
Your subscription is billed by Shopify, not by us. Deleting your data inside the app does not uninstall the app, so the subscription keeps running and the charges keep coming. To stop being charged you must cancel the subscription or uninstall the app in your Shopify admin. Uninstalling cancels the recurring charge, although the current billing period may still be charged.
Cancel first, then delete
If you delete your data without cancelling or uninstalling, the charges that follow are your responsibility. We are not able to refund them. Because the payment is taken by Shopify rather than by us, a billing query has to be raised with Shopify.
Backups
Database backups expire within 28 days. A deletion request is applied to live data straight away; backup copies fall away as those backups expire.
The deletion receipt
When a deletion runs we keep a small record that it happened, holding a reference code and your account identifier. It exists so that you, or Meta on your behalf, can check the status of the request, which Meta requires us to be able to answer. It contains none of your content, and it is the one record that still identifies an account after a deletion.
Where the law requires
Billing and tax records are kept for the period Canadian law requires, currently six years. These are financial records of what was charged. They are not your content and they are not used to run your account.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
-
Access the personal data we hold about you
-
Correct it if it is wrong
-
Delete it
-
Export it in a portable format
-
Restrict or object to how we process it
-
Withdraw consent where our processing relies on consent
To delete your account and everything in it, use the Delete my data page inside the app, or email service@flyinghello.com. For anything else, email the same address. We respond within 30 days.
If you are in Canada
This policy is written to meet PIPEDA. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If you are in the EEA or the UK
you have the rights above under the GDPR, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California
you may request disclosure or deletion of your personal information under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
9. Merchant customers' data
If you use FlyingHello as a Shopify merchant, some of the data we process may relate to your own customers. For that data, you are the controller and we are the processor. We handle it only on your instructions.
If one of your customers asks you to access or delete their data, email service@flyinghello.com. In practice FlyingHello does not store data about your customers, so there is normally nothing for us to return or erase, and we will confirm that to you within 30 days.
We hold no data about your customers, so customers/data_request and customers/redact are answered automatically rather than acted on: there is nothing to return and nothing to erase. shop/redact is the one that deletes, and it runs automatically.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the app will not work without them.
11. Security
We use Google Cloud and Firebase, which provide encryption in transit and at rest, and we follow industry-standard practices for access control and secret management. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
12. Children
FlyingHello is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, email service@flyinghello.com and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
